History Of The Institute

The Institute was inaugurated virtually by Honourable Chief Minister. Sj. Naveen Pattnaik on Dated 12/10/2017. This is the second largest Government technical institute in ITI level for Sundargarh District. This ITI is constructed under Multi sectoral Development Programme (MsDP) scheme. The Institution is having well-furnished Library, IT Lab. trade workshops, classroom, girl’s hostel, Boy’s hostel, playground, Principal quarter and staff quarter all in one campus.

The Institute started it’s first Academic batches w.e.f 01/08/2022 in its own well-furnished building having trade fitter (1+1) 2 years course, electrician (1+1) 2 years course, R&ACT (1+1) 2 years course and Sewing Technology (1+1) 1 year course.

Admission in all two year courses eligible for 10th pass candidate and one year course is eligible for 8th pass candidates. The Intake capacity of fitter trade is 20, electrician trade is 20, R&ACT trade is 24 and Sewing Technology trade is 40 nos. of seats. The Institute also organize Sports Activities and Cultural Programmes like ITI Fest etc. The Institute also facilitate placement and apprenticeship to all passout trainees.
